As I look forward to Tuesday, I reflect upon the last year. With the Delta variant continuing to leave its mark on our country and abroad - I realize that I am in a much better frame of mind today and ready to tackle whatever gets thrown in my direction. Armed with solid friendships and family, good business relationships, a BIG baking habit, a bit of Lexapro, and my head tightly screwed in place - I am calm and prepared. It's not unlike prepping for a hurricane in south Florida. Stock your house, make sure your windows can be securely covered, have an evacuation plan (I always seem to have one of those!), and don't let your anxiety get the best of you. Breathe and then eat some challah. #challahlujah
