i guess I am a baby boomer!

Sometimes I think I am whatever they call that next generation - Gen X? Millennials? The baby boomer generation ended in 1964. I was born in late November back in 63 - four days after JFK was killed. The crazy thing is - my mom is a baby boomer (1943) and we are definitely NOT cut from the same cloth. Perhaps I am caught between two very different eras, or at least a nice mix of the two.

Regardless of where I fall, I am honored to be featured in babyboomers.com, and hope people read the article and ultimately the book. I want to help normalize addiction and mental health challenges. There should be no shame in struggling. Some of the smartest, most talented, and most driven people I know have anxiety and depression. Let's try and be understanding and kind.
